- Ubuntu: 添加静态链接所需的依赖包 (libevent-dev, libnettle-dev, libgmp-dev)

- Alpine: 移除不存在的 libexecinfo-dev 包
- Alpine: 添加 -DSTACK_TRACE=OFF 禁用 stack trace 功能
